PCTFE Valve Seat is a Precision-Machined Polymer Component for Cryogenic Ball Valves And High-Purity Gas Systems. It Keeps The Seat’s Sealing Profile at Cryogenic Temperatures, Resists Cold Flow Under Sustained Pressure, And Keeps Gas Permeation Low Through The Closed Valve.
Machined From Virgin PCTFE With Stress-Relief Annealing, The Seat Maintains Its Shape And Seals Consistently Across Thermal Cycles. Used in LNG Loading Ball Valves, Liquid Oxygen，Nitrogen Isolation Valves, High-Pressure Gas Lines, And Semiconductor Gas Delivery Systems.
